If you have successfully logged into your Elliot Account and cannot access the dashboard or store you were previously working on, the following options are available to you:

  1. You were removed from the store you were working on by an Admin who originally created the store. Therefore, contact that Admin directly, as you will not have access to the dashboard without being added again by the Admin of the store.
  2. Alternatively, you can add a new store to Elliot using the account you are logged into.
