There may be a number of reasons you need to cancel an order... You may not have the requested item in your inventory, or your customer might have made a mistake with the item they purchased.

In any case, you can easily cancel an order in your Admin. You do this by following these steps:

  1. Select Orders
  2. Choose the Order you need to cancel
  3. Check the white, square box next to the product photo
  4. Click Actions on the top right-hand side
  5. Select Cancel Order
  6. That's it!

On Refunds:
When you cancel an order, Stripe (the payment processor) initiates a refund back to the customer, which typically takes 5-10 days for reappear back in the customer's bank account.
